Primary caregiver told my mom that she had lost her mother and was going to pretend that mom was her mom. She has given pure love along with very professional care. She is patient beyond belief. She has became part of our family and loves seeing all the great grandchildren.

The other caregiver have been excellent and when there has been an emergency for any of them, mom has always been covered by someone who is also kind and competent.
